Solutions to There were a number of kids which didn't show up on the client machines while they were clearly in the BlueJeanTime cloud

Verify before the weigh-in that the database is complete (compare the number of players in the BlueJeanTime cloud db to the number in EACH client machine's db and make sure they are close (will not be exact because there are a few invalid players in the BlueJeanTime cloud). This should be part of the checklist.

Solutions to Some of the machines could not connect to the Internet

Verify Mac-Book sharing capability for each of the machines before each future weigh-in

Solutions to No current way to Reassign Busted Players (failed weight class).

Implement the Reassign Busted Players biz service
Set up a parallel server to production, separate from Integration server

What went well

Weighed in over 1000 kids in less than 4 hours with lots of gaps and no parking/traffic issues.

Commissioners were in a good mood during the process and there was little stress during the process... worked like clockwork.

What didn't go well

Still kids that were on the server were not appearing on the workstation. I personally downloaded to the workstation on one of the spare laptops and was able to download the complete database. This was an XP machine. Don't know if it is an operating system issue but, this should be investigated this week.

Commissioners did not have access to the actual weight of weighed in players from the BlueJeanTime cloud Team Sheets.
