Root Cause Analysis

Pattern - A number of laptops couldn't connect with the weigh-in scales for driver reasons... were not checked out before hand.

  • Why? Once again, the equipment used for this weigh in was not checked out sufficiently
    • People were busy preparing for a conference and did not take the time to verify quality of all equipment and integration
    • We learned of a shortage of connectors between scales and laptops too late to correct.
