folks work together on fully distributed environments, made up of employees, outside contributers, customers, potential customers all collaborating effectively iacw our processes, we are able to react quickly to changing conditions, folks are compensated competitively but our cost structure is way lower than all of the competitors allowing us to have disruptive prices with hearlthy margins, there is a win, win, win affect because of that.

because of our mature ecosystem (infrastructure, processes, frameworks), it is "easy" for adhoc iterative projects to be formed, allowing all kinds of initiatives and creative solutions to business problems both for the under-served and big outfits.
