BlueJeanTimeConnect



Connect is a BlueJeanTime application currently in beta release (Sep 2011). Please revisit this site in Oct for an additional announcement.

The app has the following functions:

Topics Anywhere enable group participation for identifying and examining work items that need be accomplished.
Issues Anywhere enable group evaluation of issues identified as part of the work planning.
Decisions Anywhere enable group evaluation and decisions via voting or discussions
Documents Anywhere upload of documents related to work topics.
Checklists Anywhere enable group planning and individual planning, associated with any work item.
My Stuff keep track of each user's work within a group
Checklist Templates enable templates for checklists custom to each group
Topic Templates enable templates for topics custom to each group

Connect enables users to collaborate with other users in work Places, and use social media approaches for business purposes. For example, to examine and plan work, either as a distributed group, as a department of traditional company, as a small business, or even as a temporary work group (perhaps working on a project together).

All users access Connect via the internet. A user has access to only his or her shared places; controlled by username and password. While signed in, each user can select a place that they want to work in, can use the functions of Connect and can share results with other users that are authorized to access that same place. Each user can be a member of multiple places, and each place is private to its own group of workers.
