Why do we exist?

Eric and Sol initiated a vision, not a single human. Over time others have contributed and we have an evolved shared vision and sense of purpose. We all are inspired, seek meaningful work and want to change the world for the better.	SolomonThompson	09 Oct 2009 - 08:25
We exist because a single man had a vision of a world being different than what he found it. Out of this vision grew a company where there is flexibility and a balance between work, self and family. A culture where one can be themselves and find personal growth and reward. A culture that believes wisdom comes from the knowledge and experiences of the many instead of just one. A group of individuals whose talents and insight is helping our customers become successful. We exist because we enjoy what we are doing, we do it well and in many ways we act like a family. We exist to provide creative solutions to the problems and issues that our customers identify. We strive to be innovative and to 'set the bar' in the agile community. We create fresh ideas and seek out new customers. We utilize a distributive workforce that is able to cull talented people from all over, with various backgrounds, to work on multiple projects. We exist to create an environment that enables “the community” to be successful. The community being our customers, our employees, our vendors, our company.
